When you’re feeling down and out, it’s time to get up and move! Did you know that regular physical activity can boost your mental well-being?
If you need some accountability or encouragement to make physical fitness a part of your routine, don’t like the big crowds at the gym, or are just looking for a friendly group to exercise with, this class might be right for you!

- One-on-one fitness assessment
- Six weekly fitness classes spearheaded by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Kacie Hankins is a Texas-born California transplant who loves to move! After seeing how exercise benefitted her both physically and mentally, she was inspired to pursue a certificate in personal training. In 2021, she became a NASM-Certfiied Personal Trainer. She enjoys using her training to improve her own exercise regimen, as well as coach and encourage others to improve their physical wellbeing.
