Join our  6-week small group Fitness Class

Class Details

Where: 13300 New Airport Rd. Suite 102 Auburn, CA 95603

When: Every Thursday from May 18 – June 22

Time:  6:00 – 7:15 pm

Cost: $60

Call our office to schedule your one-on-one fitness assessment. This must be completed before joining the class.

Instructor: 

Kacie Hankins is a Texas-born California transplant who loves to move! After seeing how exercise has benefitted herself both physically and mentally, she was inspired to pursue a certificate in personal training. In 2021, she became a NASM-Certfiied Personal Trainer. She enjoys using her training to improve her own exercise regimen, as well as coach and encourage others to improve their physical wellbeing.
