Learn the Basics of Plant Based Cooking
Our diet significantly affects our mental and overall physical health. Current research shows that a plant based diet can improve our mental health as well as prevent and reverse many of our western diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and Alzheimers.
But changing the way you eat can feel like a daunting task! Come join Registered Dietitian Kylee Melo as she explains some of the health benefits of eating a plant based diet and shares some practical tips to help you get started. You will enjoy watching Kylee demonstrate how to prepare several plant based recipes, sample plant based foods and take home some tasty recipes.
