Description

Let’s Cook Together!

Spring Roll

We are excited to have Chef Andy join us again to present a fun, hands-on cooking experience for you! In this class Chef Andy will guide you in preparing some tasty and healthy asian-inspired dishes.

At Beautiful Minds we believe that a whole-food, plant-based diet is the best choice for optimum mental and physical health. Whole plant-based foods offer all the necessary protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals we need.  In addition, these foods are low in cholesterol, anti-inflammatory and packed with fiber, which helps to maintain a healthy gut. By eating the proper foods we are actually able to heal our body and brain—reversing disease, improving mental capacity and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Whether you’re new to plant-based eating or just looking for some new recipes to add to your repertoire, join us for a delightful evening of cooking together.  Make sure to bring your appetite!
